Obese: A BMI of 30 or greater
Morbid Obese: BMI of 40 or greater (it equals aprox more than 98 pounds above your ideal weight).
Clinical indications to be considered:
98 pounds or more above your ideal weight or BMI of 40 or more.
BMI of 35 or more with one or more health problems associated with obesity. |
